"I've been a client of State Farm for over 20 years. I have 5 policies with State Farm. I recently tried calling the office, but only got voicemail. I left a message. The message was returned and the individual says, "We have two Charles Johnson's in our system. I don't know which one is you." You'd think they could find me from the phone number I left. I called back and had to leave another voicemail message. I still haven't heard from the office. I sent an email, but still no response. I tried accessing my account online, but the phone number and email address for verification were incorrect. It turns out, though I am the primary policy holder, someone changed all of my information to my daughter's information - mailing address, phone and email address. My daughter has ONE policy with State Farm. I have FIVE!! I went online and reached out through State Farm's Chat program. At least they were able to change the phone number and email information so that I could access my account. Upon reviewing my account, I discovered that my mailing address was changed to my daughter's address. So I never received my auto insurance renewal statement. The fact that I never received a response especially since I am long time client with several polices is unacceptable. If you have an issue with your agent, I urge you to file a complaint through Chat and to change your agent online like I did."

"Charles, we are very sorry you feel this way. Please know that when we called and left multiple messages on your voicemail, we attempted to verify your information prior to releasing any data. It was done to ensure that we were speaking with the correct policyholder. We have two other policyholders with your same name. This was not done to frustrate you. On the contrary, our aim to protect policyholders data. We were hoping to resolve all issues during our contact but our corporate office advised upon your request not to contact you. We respected your request and thank you for your time with our agency. We wish you nothing but the best Richard. "

"Best agency to work with, I’ve had terrible experience in the past that prevented me to reach out to get a policy and I’m so happy I went with this agency. I got the pleasure of working with Kim she was so amazing. Kim helped me bundle my homeowners and car insurance needs. She also took care of my life insurance. Never felt pressure and answered all my insurance questions. Returned my calls within a timely matter."

"These people hardly ever answer their phone, and when they do, the never have an answer, specially myriam, she is very rude and has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE AT ALL 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽"

"No one responds to emails or phone calls. I added a vehicle to my insurance and removed a different vehicle. It is now 2.5 months later and still no coverage showing on new vehicle. (And I am still paying for vehicle that I don't have anymore) AZ DMV now sending me letters advising not to drive the vehicle because it has no insurance. No one at this agency seems inclined to help fix the situation."

"Dear Shawna, we apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Please know that despite us making changes in our agency, it does take 30-60 days to reflect on paper. Nonetheless, your changes begin the date and time you requested them. We’ve had terribly issues with our phone lines causing missed calls and dead lines. Our Corporate office is aware of this and worked diligently to fix the lines. Please feel free to reach out now. The phone issues have been resolved and ask for Specialist Javier Martinez at 623/848.6300. We appreciate your patience and look forward to providing the best service possible. Kind regards."
